The staff at the front were not very friendly or helpful almost annoyed with us. The cleaners did not do a good job at all, in the afternoons from Disney in the afternoon still hair on the floor clovers were not changed. The area is great lots of restaurants available. Applebees is connected and they are great breakfast taste like the free breakfast you get at an inn should not be paid for extra for. Waiters are great though! The bartender was not very friendly was very stern and brought up politics

The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom and room was clean. The air conditioning was very loud and required ear plugs to sleep through the night with less disturbance. We were disappointed that all the electrical outlets in the lamps were loose and old and didn't work. The lamps themselves were very old. Seems concerning for fire safety. If not for traveling with extra power plugs and cords, the power options in the room are not convenient. Given that every traveler comes with multiple personal gadgets that require charging, the hotel would serve it's patrons better to minimally update this aspect of the hotel. Thanks for considering.

Overall the experience at this property was amazing. The only issue I had was the individuals who chose to smoke weed on the property even though it is a non-smoking property. I have nothing negative to say about this property or the services they offer. I will definitely stay here again!
