There is a beautiful lake with a sandy beach,piers,hammocks and an awesome mini golf course.The units are roomy with nice balcony.It is not pet friendly although I wish it was.
Second time staying here. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. The washer and dryer was a big bonus in our 2 bedroom suit. Will keep using this hotel when I’m down in Florida for my Disney trips

I like that they have a weekly list of things to do at the resort from adult water exercises to ice cream sundaes in the activity room. All week from 10:30 - 5:30. Mini golf shuffleboard pools beach basketball tennis. So much for the fam. So great!!!
Good property
Easy check in. The beach is nice and peaceful and we set up games to play. The golf is a great feature. Units are roomy, comfortable. clean. Close to everything. Easy check out. Friendly staff.

This was just a right nice good ol' time! Clean, cozy, comfy, and so close to Disney. Will stay here again every time.
Good location, close to dining, shopping
Pools were closed every time I tried to use them with no apparent reasons. I got no sleep because my room was by the elevator, basketball courts and above parking garage. Gym was ok very small. Overall ok but nothing spectacular.

Grand Beaches was an excellent fit for our family. It had everything we could have needed. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer in our condo. Grand Beaches is an oasis off of a very busy area, yet it has an excellent location in terms of quick access to theme parks and attractions. We are recommending this resort to all our friends and family. We definitely will be back next year.
This property is a very nice resort (on the low end scale) that has two pools, hot tubs, some sports facilities, a gym, and usual basic amenities. It is not a large scale resort style place, more low key with emphasis on the suites themselves. Our 3-bedroom suite was fantastic, with two large bedrooms with full baths and showers, and one smaller bedroom with a bathroom in the main hallway. Really nice. The location is perfect, really close to Disney parks, and only 15 minutes or so to Universal. It's off on a side road, and no shops or anything within walking distance, so it's pretty quiet. Overall, a really nice place if you are interested in the rooms more than splashy resort glitz.
