Our door had a whole in it and they sent maintenance to put a new door strip on it. Didn’t want to switch us rooms
Do not stay here just dont we made a reservation weeks in advance even called to verify but as soon as we show up it seems our reservation disappeared after an hour of arguing with the front desk worker who was rude and impolite we finaly got our room but when we went to leave the next we where refused our deposit for no reason at all it took me mentioning my lawyer to get the deposit back stay anywhere but here it sketchy plus shower didnt work and same with all the vending machines worst hotel ever
Terrible stay , AC didn’t work , television was outdated and blurry but worst of all front desk double booked someone else in our room and we’re given a key to our room and they walked in on me and my family why we slept

There was a latina restaurant nearby. That was good. It was advertised to be an airport hotel. However it was a 50 dollar taxi ride. They advertised shuttle which they did not have. Advertised breakfast they did not have. I found tjese things out after booking.
The front desk was not helpful and rude!! I had to move to another property! Holes in the wall, room dirty and cockroaches. I would not recommend this place.

My truck broke down 3 hours from Orlando and I had to get a hotel in Lake City. After midnight I get awakened to a call from the Days Inn asking if I was coming. I asked why, are you planning on selling my room? Well yes was the answer. Can’t believe that happened. I can pull my call log from Verizon if anyone would like to see. Terrible!
No towels, dirty,
I asked for a quiet room because I had an airport flight in the morning. I was given a room next to a couple that was fighting off and on all night beginning at 9pm ending at around 2am. I was already in bed at 9pm and had sleep broken several times. Not able to get the front desk by phone...Hardly slept.
My room was not ready when I arrived at 4:15pm and was ready at 4:45pm. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and was very noisy. The dumpster was across from our room and it was emptied at 11pm for about 10 minutes waking us up. Definitely the worst night sleep I have ever had at a hotel.
