The way it's meant to be!

"An experience I say was one of the best in 45yrs+ traveling. Valet greeted with a sincere welcome totaly took care of us, I had recent foot surgery, but he didn’t know untill he started helping us, When he did He called me a wheelchair then A Bellhop to handle our luggage then tells us there's no charge! I thought that was a thing of the past even in las vegas. For check-in, I'm wheeled in front of literally 35+people. Quickly get a great room then to the elevator, doesn't let anyone else on uses his card to do a non-stop ride, gets us in the room, the Bellhop gets there & says oh man you guys beat me here, it was like he so wanted our things in the room before we got in, but there was no way he could because everyone was so on it, everything happened so quick and smoothly. He is soo great putting all our luggage and shopping bags wherever we wanted them. The great thing about all this is I felt you didn’t just do it because you had to or where supposed too, it was like having friends helping us out! I'm telling you, you all killed it!! This is an experience I will keep sharing over and over. I hope you all never lose your great attitudes! May I say whomever is managing this facility deserves credit because in all my years in busines this type of service does not happen by chance it starts at the top. To my new friends at the Sahara Las Vegas, Thank you soo very much! You made the start of my 45th wedding ann. Trip an unforgettable experience. (I had to cut out Alot 2 fit)"
