I come to Jacksonville frequently and honestly, Sonesta is the best value hands down. It's clean, very comfortable, check in is great, staff is always friendly and nice, and the location is fantastic for whatever you have to do.

The corridors smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. People outside in the parking lot drinking beer and leaving trash everywhere. No sound proofing could hear everything above me. No soap in the bathroom. Bathroom not very clean. Bed was ok and clean. Large fridge. Ac needed updating
