Great location and easy access.

Our shower dripped all night , our faucet was broken in the sink , there was no complimentary shampoo but yet there was lotion and conditioner, my daughters room had no heat , very disappointed for it being a Hilton , might as well been an over priced motel 6

Dirty Carpet in the room. The bathroom sink was barely attached to the wall and not level. The shower head looked like it was 30 years old. One of the room lamp shades was hanging and not attached to the lamp stand (and the light bulb didn’t work). Additionally, non of the USB chargers were in working condition. Overall, this is a 1 or 2 star room. However the location is 3-4 with access to a nice steak house. I don’t recommend this hotel. It needs a major overhaul.

The building need renovation bad.It is not clean.The front desk staff very evasive about pricing. lt was not worth the cost. There was mold in the heater The shower was nasty,Carpet from the 80’s. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.The carpet was filthy!!!!!The room was dusty. I would like a refund?

Great location... no doubt about that... but the rooms and property are clearly dated... The night we stayed, there was someone playing music late into the night and appeared to be from a floor or two below us... We were fortunate to have a room ready when we arrived but waited in a 15 family deep line to learn that... others were being turned away because their room was "not cleaned and ready yet" and told to come back in an hour to longer... so something else was going on that you wouldn't expect at a Double Tree...Food option was convenient, and good for breakfast and service was great, but at $20 for a basic breakfast buffet I found too expensive...They have on site/self parking... valet parking was another $20... so just be prepared. Staff at front despite the issues and challenges going on was positive...

Outdated

Property is in a great location but the hotel room is old and outdated. Very musty carpet smell. You have to keep the noisy AC unit running all night. Usually Hilton gives body wash but did not get

Room was dated and worn but everything was clean. Property also was a little dated. But the staff was awesome. From the front desk to house keeping. Had a pleasant conversation with an older housekeeper while leaving to check out, she was wonderful! Will definitely stay again.

Nice beds with clean bedding…old furniture looks like it belongs in a yard sale. Vey old and dirty worn carpet. For sure not worth the high room prices.

Loved the location on the Riverwalk. Parking is convenient. Accessible room was ok but bathroom had a weird pitch with not enough hsndrails and the bed was too high. But housekeeping was able to provide shower bench
