Older hotel in need of refurb, cold lobby, no cookies at check in, mold in bathroom, outside windows dirty, vent fan in bathroom not operable. Buffet breakfast was god and staff was quite friendly. Jeanne in the breakfast area was wonderful and very helpful.
Needs updating. Room, balcony and overall property has a lot of maintenance issues.
The bedsheets were dirty I ended up using towels as a replacement, the shower was pretty broken, and I had asked for a room with a tub since that is what I booked but they didn't have one for me as all the rooms were full
Took over 30 mins to check in. Lobby dirty and I requested a wake-up call and they never called me.

Great place right next to the airport, super easy to get to the airport either by waking or by shuttle.
The window ac unit in the room smelled like mold. The hallways also had a moldy musty smell. I don't think the air in the room and hall ways was ever circulated with the outside air. There was a lot of noise (doors slamming) in coming from the hallway. There were broken child access locks on the gate to the pool.
The staff were all very nice! The room was comfortable, except for the lining protecting the mattress which makes one sweat - otherwise it was quite comfortable and clean. Overall - good location, by the airport, for quick overnighters. Needs a bit of maintenance - my room safe didn't work, the bathroom room door didn't close properly. But at least the rooms had space. Overall - OK, if not great.
Hotel needs alot of upgrades and repairs. The front staff was not friendly and feel annoyed upon check in. Had to pay $8 for parking at the hotel which is ridiculous. During our last night around 8 when my kid was in the shower the water went out. Never had experience where the hotel would run out of water. Worst stay ever !
Very unkept, first impression was terrible as the sassy desk clerk (male) did not even greet me and took a complete phone call before acknowledging me at check in. We were given a room down a never ending hallway off of a brightly lit courtyard and the curtains did not close all the way plus they were floor length curtains with an air unit beneath the window. Really?! The room was not very clean, very outdated with patched paint and such to try to make it look better, stains on the walls, peeling wall paper, the tub was so slippery that I almost fell. Very disappointed and I do not recommend.
Our carpet in our room was, for some reason, soaking wet. We asked for another room but we’re told that there was absolutely none available. Lobby was dirty. Overall the hallways smelled and the property should be knocked down and or condemned. Worst experience ever in a Hilton/ Doubletree property. Not acceptable.
Staff were very kind and helpful, they were a sight for this weary traveler.
