This is an affordable average stay. The building could use some basic upgrades, but overall it served its purpose.

Pool n jacuzzi broken room smelled cigarettes front desk glasses rude not professional at all

Property was easily accessible, and VERY clean. Front staff was GREAT. No coffee in AM except for in the room. It says single cup Dunkin Donuts coffee, BUT when you make it the coffee comes out brown and "tasteless". I thew it out. We packed up to go get breakfast but nothing local. Nearest location was McD 3 miles away.

No soap . Everything is dirty . Furniture is terrible . No room service

The property was a bit dated bt very very clean. The bed and room was very comfortable. Best nites sleep for me with regards to bed comfort. The coolest moder lobby albeit small. Staff was warm and polite. Location to a major shopping area was a 10. Id stay again. Needed just a few more amenities and play a little lobby background music to make more inviting.

Made me feel right at home. All needs was met always. Love this hotel

Very friendly staff to greet you. Getting in was a little tricky due to road construction in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and a good size. The only thing I could complain of was that the water pressure was low in the sink. There was a Jacuzzi tub, but I could not see the controls to turn it on.

I liked the friendly competent staff. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The A/C was leaking water all over the carpet, the room had a moisture smell.

There was no breakfast available. The entire restaurant was closed down. No hair dryer in the bathroom. They could not provide me a printout of my final bill. I would not stay there again.

The first room 336 was next to some mechanical air system which had a severe noise problem and it was so loud that no one could sleep in it and we were moved to 324 which was better but there was still a noise. We were too tired to move again and sleep was difficult. Made a coffee in the morning and discovered only creamers, no sweetness. Upon checkout morning desk clerk admitted the hotel was working on the faulty equipment but he had no answer as to why they rented rooms affected by the noise when the hotel was more than half empty.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not go well. It is always our desire to have guest satisfaction; we will look further into your stay as clean rooms are a top priority for this hotel.You can be assured that are comforters are cleaned daily and not re-used as most hotels do; our rooms are cleaned by industry professionals with high-standards.Our chairs unfortunately responded poorly to cleaning chemicals and as a result they will be getting replaced in the near future; we have purchased nice chair covers to go over chairs presently.We ask that you continue to consider our property as we have great things coming in the near future as it relates to renovations for this property.
