Very sad to write this bc I’ve never had a bad experience at any other BW. This hotel smells like mold, the bathroom had hairs all over the tiles. The tv although “smart” only had a few sports channels. The service wasn’t good either they never got around to helping me move to another room or clean my room again. Location is convenient, only 8min to universal studios, hotel has a cute pool, gym, and restaurant/bar. I hope they fix this place because it could be great.

Needs upgrades. Bathroom door didn’t open all the way- got stuck on tile floor… not aligned correctly. Newest paint job was sloppy. Shower took forever to “find” hot water with the knob and very low water pressure.

Damp. Everything is damp. Each hallway smells of mildew, as did my room. Was greeted to a cockroach climbing my wall within 30 minutes of entering the room. Just not a very comfortable experience due to the cleanliness/upkeep of the building. The staff is lovely and very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located near Universal. There are shuttles from the hotel, but we ended up just walking the 30 minutes to Universal a couple of times. The price is quite nice. The staff is great. The building/rooms need serious work. Stay here if you are looking to save money, but come with expectations of… dampness.
