Staff that checked me in and out was very friendly and helpful
I liked that the property was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was really nice. When I went out to the store and came back, I discovered that house keeping was still outside the room, so I asked for new towels and wash clothes, trash bags and for the room to be vaccumed. The lady had an attitude as if I was bothering her and she told me that she'll let me vaccume myself, which was ok m with me. I just didn't like how she acted like I was bothering her. It made me feel uncomfortable asking for anything. Other than that experience, I enjoyed my stay.
Very clean, friendly staff and easy access to the highway. Convenient location to food and shopping such a grocery, Target, Walmart. Very quiet. Pool was open, as well as the gym. No food or bar due to COVID-19.

Hotel is off of the highway and the main roads, so it is quiet. You don't spend the night listening to trucks drive by. But it is only a minute out of the drive to the main road west of Haynes Mall. I have stayed there several times for various events and find it to be a good choice for Winston Salem.
In town for homeschool conference with my wife. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to red lobster. Shopped at Hanes mall. Wish they had continental breakfast.
I was up in the area for a wedding. The location proved to be convenient for me and my family. It is extremely close to the mall - although we didn't end up going there, but that can be handy if you forget something. Staff was friendly, and they have a starbucks in the hotel which was nice.
The location was great. Room was spacious with new amenities. Room had a balcony that was nice and let you gaze into moonlight.
This was a great hotel stay, everything about it was awesome. My only issue is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. There's only one microwave and it's downstairs in the lobby! Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Not as comfortable as the traditional Marriott properties I stay at. The bed was caved in at the middle and not very comfortable. The complimentary coffee was not available. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend for the price.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was fresh, quiet and clean, and the rest of the hotel is recently renovated with Courtyard's new look. I needed some extra time one morning for a conference call, and the maid gladly waited until after 11:00 a.m. to clear our room. We didn't eat at the hotel, but did enjoy a couple of Starbuck's drinks. The place was full of student athletes the weekend we were there, so we didn't stay in the common spaces for long, but passing through, the TV lounge and breakfast/drinks spaces looked quite comfortable and inviting.
Hotel was in a good location for what I needed. Hotel is going through renovations but it did not effect my stay. I would stay again!
We had a wedding to attend, so we did not stay that much at the hotel, but the room was not worth 135.00 way toooo pricey for no more than you got, we had pieces of pop tart on the floor, we get into the room. Overall the hotel was just ok. would proably not stay there again. Was not up to normal courtyard standards. Other Courtyards are usually very nice and worth there money!!!
Clean and convenient to the mall and UNCSA, Forsyth Medical. Nice staff especially restaurant manager. Buffet is a good deal.
