Our bathroom door was extremely heavy and had a cheap groove cut out because otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to open the door. It would be hit the toilet bowl. Our shower was outdated and kinda grummy. There was some Crusty stuff on the floor next to my bed. The mattress was noisy and springy. The room seemed outdated. The caulking around the base of the toilet was disgusting. The floor didn't reach the bottom of the tub. I'm a housecleaning owner. Im very picky about where I am staying.

Not a happy camper
We planned a trip to NC from VA to spend time with family for new years. When we arrived the staff was no where to be found at the front desk. We finally received service and were given our keys to our room. The room had a different smell , which reminded me of febreeze to cover up smoke smell. On the day of leaving I found a bug crawling on our belongings. I let the staff know but only a ticket was put in to maintenance.
