Great place to stay

The staff was great and the room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. We would definitely stay here again.

It's been better.

We stay there often because it's usually great. However this time the shower water was lukewarm(not hot) both days and they didn't serve breakfast as advertised due to lack of guests. Also, had poor sleep due to loud refrigerator hum/vibration.

The room was great. It had a small kitchen ad was exactly what we needed. It is an older hotel and not a chain, so I was a little worried but the extras provided were amazing.

It’s all good

We stay in Sierra Vista when getting fantastic dental work in Agua Pierta because a member of our party needs handicap bathroom/ this hotel offers this along with a good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff and more. It’s our go to travel safe space

While the property was clean, the rooms are seriously outdated, and the staff wasn't friendly. There was cracking in the walls in our room. Most of which had been caulked to try to cover it. The bed was uncomfortable, overall I probably wouldn't stay again unless there had been many updates and I knew there wasn't foundation issues.

There was a woman with a barking dog that was menacing people in the hallway that almost bit a friend of mine, I hope I do not see that dog again.

Clean, Comfortable, Hospitality. ♥️

We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff that made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and looked nice. The room was nice, comfortable but maybe just a little dated with a somewhat musty smell.it wasn’t overwhelming but there. The room was clean and the sheets and towels had hints of bleach smell which made us confident in the cleanliness. The room was very quiet and with the dark curtains you will sleep like a baby! The pool and the jacuzzi was great with hours open long enough for you to actually enjoy them. The breakfast area was very comfortable and pleasing. I want to make mention once more The night staff were so helpful, accommodating and had great personalities. It just made it a nicer experience. This is a place I will want to return for my visits.
