Room and overall interior was clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were in poor condition. The hot tub had dirt piled up in the bottom and the jets/heater did not work. No notice of it being out of order. The pool desperately needs a remodel or a cleaning. Service was average at the very best. Asked for a pair of ear plugs, was told maintenance would bring them and they never arrived. The bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. The room also had some strange electrical gremlins with the outlets going on. The real bug bear was no free breakfast of any kind and the restaurant was rather over priced with very limited hours and selection. I would stay here again as it's near my event but it does not live up to the Radisson name or the Radisson price.

The property, rooms and pool are what you’d expect at a Radisson. The Florence Blvd (south side) has traffic and a freight train that blows its horn as it goes thru town. We moved to an east facing room and it was awesome! The staff was very accommodating and helped resolve our issue. We would certainly consider staying here again.

The staff was great however it was going through some construction in the front so had to go through a side door to get to my room. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable having neck and back issues due to no comfort as far as bedding goes Missed the breakfast I paid for the whole time and was super inconvenient to charge for something that wasn’t open till like 10am The property was overall okay the staff super friendly and helpful Pricing is ridiculous when needing to buy some little toilet things and like a juice in the hotel store.
