Fabulous
The hotel itself was amazing, historic and comfortable. A fabulous location in historic Williams with plenty to experience. Will return to experience the train ride to the Grand Canyon.

Terrible signage to find registration. Interior like a rabbit warren…maze of hallways. Room clean & adequate. Not a fan.

Beautiful, large lobby with comfortable furnishings - many bronzes that highlight the history of the region. The lodging was quiet and comfortable while there was ample parking for such a large property. The registration staff on check-in was attentive to our arrival and greeted us with an easy process (particularly using the pre-check in procedure). The check-out staff was somewhat pointed and cool in demeanor; not what I would want from my team in engendering return visits. The price was a good value given the beauty, location, and finishes throughout the property. This is the place to stay in Williams, AZ.

Conveniently located near the Grand Canyon Railway. Staff was friendly, limited on sight restaurant, food mediocre. Good entertainment. Accommodations left little to be desired, dirty bathtub/shower grout, tub stained, tub mat mildewed, curtain discoloured, window curtains torn and worn, furniture old and chipped. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. A great eatery near by is the Pine Country Restaurant.

Historic? Well, sorta.
Well, we expected a rather more historic property. What it actually is is a very large and modern, clean efficient hotel with a historic lobby. And it's just fine.
