Overall a decent property, except for the air conditioning that forced us to spend a sleepless night due to very noisy AC fan. Also, it was not possible to change the fan speed and bring it to low to at least reduce the inconvenience. The only alternative would have been to switch it off with -3°C outside.

The hotel charged us $30 to checkin 1 hour before Expedia checkin time which was 3:00 on email. Staff said Expedia had it wrong and checkin was 4:00 so we had to pay for early checkin. Room was ready and lobby was empty. We travel often and have never paid for early checkin when room was ready. Staff could be friendlier but possibly the culture of this area. Hotel is clean and nice.

Fairly new hotel. Good sized room and very clean. Hotel seemed well run with friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel was nice with outside patio by bar/swimming pool to watch sunsets. The bed was too firm for both of us so not a good night sleep. Breakfast was terrible. My pancakes were hard, coffee ran out but it was awful to drink anyway. Every time we book through 3rd party we get rooms facing a parking lot so I always ask for room with a view. They charged me an additional $25 + tax when the hotel was not at capacity! Neighborhood is very sketchy to walk😕

Room was clean and comfortable. Great back patio area. Nice, fresh, generous breakfast buffet and good coffee. A few out-of-order items (ice machine on a couple of floors). Didn't see much staff during check-in, but good responsiveness on a post-stay issue.

It was OK. Nothing special. Front desk staff was a bit rude. We got there earlier as our cellphone watches messed up due to Utah and Navajo nation time zone difference. We asked if room was available and hour earlier than check in time due to time zone difference. We were told it happens to everyone and that we need to pay $35 if we needed the room earlier
