I appreciated the willingness of Ms. k to help me out in a tough situation. Ms. K was patient and took the time to find a solution for my problem. Upon arrival the check in process was completed with ease and professionalism. I especially enjoyed the friendliness of the young man who checked me in I didn’t get his name but the entire team were great. The food and staff in the restaurant were amazing as well. Keep up the great work everyone!

Friendly staff and very nice, modern and clean rooms. Could use some USBs but just one was available so we got to buy a usb charger/plug...
There was hair in the shower and even an eyelash in the soap dish, obviously not well cleaned. Everyone loses hair but it is gross to find it in what is supposed to be a clean and sanitized room. No one at desk at check out time to talk to about it. Room was HOT - limiter on AC, would not let us cool it down. Sweaty sleep. Paid for breakfast and that was nice
Several restaurants nearby. However this hotel had nothing going for it. The restaraunt was only open for breakfast, and it was about $25 for a decent breakfast. Pool was not open and nothing was said about that on the website. So we basically paid $120 for a room. A room where the thermostat did not work. Also, whenever I opened the shower door, it dumped water all over the bathroom floor. The people next door kept me awake because the walls are like paper. This was a waste of money. No more Holiday Inn's for us.
After entering room my wife and I noticed dead bugs under sheets. When we looked at the walls their was a white spotted roach crawling.

Like - Nice, clean, newer facility, great staff! Bummer - COVID-19 caused closure of the breakfast service, of gym (and pool? - didn't get clarification on the pool).

One of the nicest, if not the very nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed at. The staff, all of them including the hotel manager, were great; Professional, friendly, personable. I enjoyed my stay.

The picture of the pool on the website is not the same pool at the hotel, very disappointed about the indoor pool because the website showed a tropical outdoor setting and in reality it was a very small indoor pool, that we didn’t use because it was closed at 10 pm on a Saturday night.
