Way to dark out front to know where is the lobby. Very nasty dirty around the head of bed very old dirty lamp. Hampton Inn much better standards but I understand under remodel but room quality was a bit disappointing

Unknowingly we were booked for a handicapped room. No vanity, small sink, I guess to allow wheelchair access. Also very annoying strobe light every 8 seconds. Desk said might be CO2 detector for people with respiratory problems. All told either Orbitz shouldn’t have booked that room or desk should have informed us

Great experience.

Easily the worst property I've had the misfortune of staying in for the past forty years. The trim and painting throughout looked as if a child had done it. The first room had no light over the door in the hallway. A gaping hole stood in its place. The door had to be body-slammed to open. The toilet seat was broken and wobbly. The TV did not work. The phone did not work. We changed rooms only to find another broken phone and a toilet which wouldn't stop running unless it was turned off at the floor. The only way to flush it was by taking off the tank lid and manually lifting the ballcock. A remarkably awful property.

Our room was fine but we did overhear another guest at the desk telling them his room's ac wasn't working and there was mold on the unit and stains on the white comforter and asking for a new room or all the issues to be resolved before he returned from an outing with his children.

I noticed that there was significant external construction/renovation going on, but that was understandable and not problematic. What WAS disappointing was my room and it’s furnishings! Much of it was quite worn and in bad shape: the sofa was stained and worn and looked very unsanitary; the refrigerator was broken; and the carpet was filthy; the rail in the tub was also broken. This room needs a complete updating!

When I checked in I was told we would receive free breakfast. We did not. When I talked to staff I was told I must have miss under. We were put in a handicapped room in need for paint and repairs. We had to put the ironing board in the bathroom to put our toiletries on. I asked to have the manager call me when she came in and never heard from her

Updating in the tiny bathroom was very sloppy. The lobby was updated when we were there last year but still isn’t complete. Doesn’t live up to the Hilton name.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The property was under construction and the room was very dated and a little dirty. The trash wasn’t empty and there was a dead bug in the bathroom. Very dusty!!

Great location off RT. 95, hotel has a restaurant attached to it. My wife went to bar and got two margaritas to go, bar tender basically put ice, tequila, mix in a cup. Covered cup and ha red to wife. No shake, and mix was light, so basically a cup of tequila. The fridge in room was unplugged, no sheets for pull out couch. Overall it was okay. It’s perfect for a night or too, but certainly not a long term stay.

We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed our stays. The amenities are nice, parking on site, indoor pool, comfortable bed and a restaurant in lobby...which is nice...and a Outback right behind it. COOKIE AT CHECK IN TO DIE FOR! This trip just two days ago was not so great. Tv wouldn’t work...and the maintenance gal tried everything...very nice accommodating gal. Towel bar literally fell off wall in shower when opened curtain...one end of desk was completely broken and leaning and they only gave us two towels! Don’t know what was up with that room...someone off their game apparently that day! I will go back I think...AND in their defense... they did offer us another room. We had unpacked and were exhausted and declined. Hoping for a better stay next time. Location also seems safe.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. There is a steak house on premise which was a plus. There warm chocolate chip walnut cookies upon check in are outstanding. The only complaint I had was limited towels...I think two were there for both of us. All night long (I am assuming) when a toilet was flushed anywhere you got a very loud plumbing type noise. Woke me up on and off all night. If they took care of that Issue I would have no complaints.
