Hall way has bad smell. Very dirty.

Dirty black mold stinks run down

Deck clerk very friendly. Other than that... Room not thoroughly cleaned, and in a state of disrepair. Either my room was still undergoing renovations, or the property owners just flat out don't care to make their rooms presentable and inviting.

I requested a walk in shower but it was not available

This property is absolutely disgusting and not maintained. We lasted an hour before leaving. Was told I'd receive a refund and have yet to get one a week and a half later. One staff member was very friendly but the other one I had an interaction with, told me she was too busy for my question.

Small towels and no shampoo

The property was dirty all over, the amenities were minimal (one ice machine for the entire property for example), and there was damage in the room. The baseboards were cracked, outlets were exposed/loose, the toilet seat was damaged, and even buttons were missing from the phone and remote. The entire second floor hallway smelled of smoke and weed, and the non-smoking room smelled it too. The carpet was stained and burned.

Only complaint was the lack of hot water for my shower. Sink had warm water but the shower was only adjustable from icy cold to tepid, perhaps 80 degrees

We booked to have a place to stay passing through and this was beyond deceiving. Please do not post such glamorous photos when the room looks absolutely nothing like it. Only the beds were in the correct location. The curtains had so much black mold, the fridge was covered with mold and rust, there was ripped up flooring heading to the sink and the door barely shut to the outside. It appears that this property is used for regularly housing individuals based on the amount of cars for a Wednesday morning. I took photos and there was a trashcan outside of the building along with over a dozen grocery bags of trash that no one had taken care of. At 4:40 in the morning, our smoke alarm went off and I called the front desk to make sure everything was ok. I had to use my cellphone because our room had no phone to quickly call the front desk. I took a photo of our line that was cut/ripped from the jack. She said there’s a phone in every room. I had to go through all the prompts of booking to actually reach the front desk. The alarm went off six more times and we ended up just getting up for breakfast. We called the front desk again after the third time, and (God bless her patience) but she asked us if we thought the battery was dying. I didn’t respond because I thought legally they are required to check them every so often to avoid fines from the fire Marshall during checks. The only blessing was the selection of hot meats during breakfast. There was no juice working. Only coffee.

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The property was not. The pool didnt open until after checkout. The grounds were terrible, seedy backwoods area. Was afraid to park in the back of the building, people sitting in cars smoking whatever. Food in the grass. I was going down the stairs and just before i steps off to go to my car, two hefty bags came w flying passed me from the level above, hitting the ground right in front of me. I had to call the front desk for toilet paper.

The front desk was very pleasant but the place is a dump. Not clean. We are driving to Florida and needed a last minute motel and by the time we saw the room it was too late. I thought Days Inn and Wyndham had higher standards. It was uncomfortable to sleep thinking about how dirty everything was.

It was filthy-tub floor dirty we bought flip-flops to wear so we didn't have to touch it with our feet; room floor made feet/socks black-we had to buy footwear/socks to wear so we didn't ruin our socks or make our feet gross, and was so slippery/slimy/greasy we "skated" around and across the room because if/when we tried to walk, we slipped; nasty mystery "glob" on wall; bedside light not working-need new bulb?; fridge, on setting 4 froze water, etc; bathroom floor under sink hadn't been washed or swept in a long time; looked like someone had urinated in the stairwell up to the 2nd floor; other clientele staying there were creepy and we didn't feel safe. So glad we weren't staying any longer than the 3days we were there. I hope the bed sheets were clean, we didn't even want to look too closely because we were so tired from all our traveling - it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, even more comfortable than my own at home.

The sheets were dirty and clothes from the previous occupant were still in the room. The manager is very, very rude. The nicest thing that I can say is there the woman serving breakfast did a great job. Terrible, stressful stay and total waste of money.
