The staff was just AWESOME! Some of the best that I have every come across in my travels. From friendly, warming introduction to anything I needed. No questions went unanswered.
Clean and friendly. Close to great restaurant

Not a great frig. Coffee for sale in the lobby. Nice enough but a disappointment.
Pictures online do not match conditions of room. Bathroom was very dirty, towel rack falling off wall, caulking missing around shower, and stains on box spring.
We had a room with 2 double beds and they were not normal sized. I am 5'7" and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable as well.
Everything was smooth. Clean hotel clean room. Didn't allow an early check in though. Had to wait until 4pm
The garden in the back is nice I’m sure i will use again

The staff was courteous. But I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could clearly hear footsteps and creaking on the next floor. Whoever was above us came in late and kept me awake. Then when they were up before 6am the noise woke my husband. We were exhausted. We even had turned on the heater fan and the bathroom fan but it was still very noisy. Disappointing.

Quick overnight stay on my drive from Boston to Tampa. Arrive after dark and left before sunrise. Had two meals which I think were overpriced. Had to settle for a Cesar Salad that was half croutons and half arugula lettuce. The chicken pot pie was ok. Breakfast was ok, but the price for a couple of eggs and bacon was very high considering many other hotels include breakfast in their rates.
Good coffee in lobby staff was very pleasant and location was perfect for our sons baseball tournament
The hotel is under construction. The barhromm needed to be done over. The room looks like it had been but the tub was old and in very bad shape with cracks and not really clean
Staff was very nice but stay was disappointing due to noise from nearby road as well as noisy upstairs neighbors
Breakfast was fine. Problem with sink drain. Otherwise a nice hotel.

If you are ever back in the Rocky Mount area again may we suggest one of our other room types that have a King bed in the room? This should be more comfortable for you and allow you to get a more restful nights sleep. We hope to see you again and hope to be able to better accommodate you in the future!
