Requested housekeeping services. Recieved none Staff seemed upset over request for towels housekeeping.no garbage removal Staff refused to take towels up to room. Overall building appears worn n shabby. Would nit re ommend. Would not return. One of the higher priced hotels w no service
Shower had no water pressure and the tub didn’t drain during a shower. The toilet seat was dirty. The hallway carpets are pretty dingy. It’s very loud, slamming doors cause they are super heavy and on a spring to slam them shut. It’s was hard to get my stuff in the room from the heavy spring loaded door. It’s super close to expressway though.
Clean, nice rooms. Has to drive back up 95 for dining.

I was surprised a properly with the Hilton name was so subpar in terms of room condition and cleanliness. The hallway carpeting was dirty and stained. Carpet in the room had tears. Bathroom tile had mold and mildew. Mirrors were full of fingerprints and even a lip mark (like someone kissed it). The tub drained very slowly. This stay was quite disappointing. I will say that the staff is very nice and hospitable.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful, The hotel lobby was beautiful and current. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The lobby bistro offered hot food and places to eat and relax after getting something to drink at the bar. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing different than any other outstanding bed and pillow Hilton Garden Inn. We were fishing in the area and did not look like the other business attire guests. Treated just as kind by the front desk. Odd that you did not have free breakfast when the lesser hotels in area offer it. Coffee was good and hot.
The signage was poor making finding the location difficult. Check in was good. The room was ok, bathroom was a little dirty. The tv was broken. The picture had lines through it on every channel, took multiple times to get the picture to come on. The location of this hotel is not great. You can get a nicer, cheaper hotel closer to restaurants
