Nice property with amazing views of the city but in need of upgrades. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but the room needed to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. We were offered to move to a different room but we had already wiped everything down ourselves. We had to request a microwave which was delivered to our room. The bed was ok. I’m glad I didn’t share it with anyone because it cradled me right in the center dip. It was a convenient walk to casino, shares an entrance door with resort. They had an amazing display of ginger bread houses made by locals in the lobby, it was their 32nd year, that was nice. We had excellent customer service all the staff were very helpful. Would I stay here again probably not

December 2024 stay

I have very mixed feelings about our experience. I will start by saying that the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were accommodating and kind, our daughter had her service dog with us and we had zero issues with the hotel. Now onto the room. The room was very outdated and falling apart. The door frame on the slider was failing off, the floors in the bathroom were not clean we could see previous guests hair all over the bathroom floor. To add insult to injury someone’s dirty washcloth was hanging on the shower curtain! We had to call to ask for toilet paper, and towels nothing additional was in the room. There is no housekeeping service at all. If you want new towels you have to leave them outside and they’ll drop a bag with fresh towels. There was no fan in the bathroom, so it stayed humid after showers and toilet use odors linger. There was holes in the wall from an old towel rack. The shower curtains were falling off and dirty. There were parts of the walls where the wall paper was falling off.

Good stay

Hotel room could use some updating. The rug was worn, the mattress was so old it had a dip in the middle and was very comfortable, there was paint chipping in the bathroom. The room was, however, large and clean. Service was wonderful and the hotel looked gorgeous for Christmas.

We had a really nice breakfast in the dining area with excellent service the two servers we had Aspen and Angela both are assets to the facility. We greatly recommend having dine there. We are looking forward to going back because of the excellent service in the hotel as well as a beautiful accommodations. We had blessings to all Delaine and David
