The room was very noisy Bathroom floor was not clean. Staff was too laid back Didn’t give the response of caring The advertisement of the place made you think it was on the ocean as a resort. Was not the case. Only people who owned property had that feature. Was disappointed. What we paid was not a value
The uniqueness of the whole property it was a family setting. You felt at home and safe.

The resort clearly did a lot of renovating in the last year, we noticed how quiet it sounded inside the room which was a huge plus. The only thing they missed with sound-proofing was the doors in between rooms, our neighbors were quite loud playing games into the am hours. Would definitely stay here again
This was my second stay at this property. It’s clearly an older resort but it has been updated nicely. The rooms are very nice, clean and decorated well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach is great as well. I enjoy staying here and plan to do so more in the future!
Lots of kids activities-free
Overall everything was fantastic. Rooms were cute. Plenty of room. Views was great from the balcony. Just wish I was more isolated. Such as my room not being around anyone else for me to bother them for being too “loud”
Our condo was freshly remodeled. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors if they’re loud. Over all everything was great. Very satisfied with our trip.

Great access to beach with modern decorated room made low cost a great value.
Pool was a little dirty had a oil slick look to it. Wasent exactly ocean front more adjacent. Shower was dirty and beds are terribly hard. Workers were very nice. The size of the rooms are great.
As always very nice place they're always willing to help you with anything that you need clean rooms and very good customer service looking forward to staying there again
first time staying here but i will say it was very nice looking forward to coming back again. everyone one was so friendly even the cleaning staff were super nice. if you meet a employee you got a hey do you need anything they want to make sure you are having a good time
Clean room, close to the beach. Multiple pools, hot tub was in a shaded area under trees though so it was full of leaves and tree droppings as well as mosquitos. Broken screen on our windows, trees growing out of the gutters, broken AC by the elevator and a brutally strong foul odor in the elevators. None of these things were make it or break it, just obvious lack of general maintenance.
EX staff, super clean room,very spacious, very comfy beds, strong wifi, beautiful kitchen, close to the park & beach, will go again

We love this place. The facilities are well taken care of, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub are clean and big enough to have room to spread out. It is a quiet place to relax and de-stress. Many of the rooms have whirlpool garden tubs in the rooms.
