Customer service ruined it

The hotel over all is nice. Definitely 2.5 star hotel. The check-in staff were not customer service friendly. They never greeted us, simply “how can I help you.” Once we got in our room, the lights wouldn’t work. They said they’d check to see if the breaker tripped, then said they’d get a maintenance man up there. All while we are sitting in the dark waiting. We were never offered another room or an apology. The sheets and bathroom floor had hair on them. The shower was absolutely a dream and the amenities are nice.

Fine hotel. We appreciate their accessible rooms. So much space, bathroom completely safe with plenty of grab bars. Excellent, plentiful breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Clean big rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was way better than reviews that I read. There was alot to choose from and it was fresh and hot. We will definitely return!
