When we arrived did not have the room that was reserved and given a room that did not meet our needs.

My shower was under construction and didn't work. The lady at the front desk was wonderful.
The staff was friendly and property was clean. The only negative was no breakfast but that's okay.
The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. We only stayed one night, and can't really comment on the amenities offered. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, and full size fridge. The room also had a recliner, tv, DVD player and queen bed. The bed was really comfortable. The only small issue we had was that the recliner was broken and wouldn't recline and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low; not much more than a trickle. They weren't big enough problems to keep us from coming back again.
This is by far the best hotel. We stay here each time we are in the area. The staff remembers us and we are treated like family. My reservations were ready and I love you get cookies at check-in. The staff made sure we knew all the amenities they supplied. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our rooms were across from each other. I like the privacy provided by the hotel but still have all the service that I might need.

They do not make your beds. They make you bring your dirty towels and wash cloths back to front desk to get clean ones.
This is a return trip to this hotel. We are made to feel like family and treated very well. We love all the amenities and the location. The staff is friendly and the rooms are wonderful.
This was my second stay at this hotel. I loved it so much I came back a second time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide for all my needs. The staff is friendly and I was treated as a valued customer. My family enjoyed the use of the gym and there is a laundry room for guest to use. I had another great staying experience.
The king size bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the thermostat so I could set each room of the suite (bedroom and living/kitchen) up separately and by temperature (not just medium, etc). The staff were very friendly, there is a Harris Teeter right around the corner for food and it's very close to lots of highways. It is about 5 mi from downtown so there isn't a lot of cute or "nice" ambiance. However, it is fine and I'd stay there again!
My family weekend getaway was an excellent experience and we can not wait to get back and continue exploring the city! Great time had by all - I thank everyone for the continued support and never ending research in getting us the best deal :)
This hotel was comfortable for our short stay. We didn't spend much time there, but it was pretty clean and the location was convenient because it was close to our family, who we were visiting. There was a kitchenette, which we never used, but the refrigerator was so loud we unplugged it. Nothing special, but totally acceptable. I'd stay there again.
