It's fine...

This is a very run down hotel. The doors don't lock properly, the beds are on metal frames that you can see poking out from the mattress, pillows are just folded bed sheets. We stayed here for a wedding in town but wouldn't stay again to be honest even though the staff was very nice.

Served it's purpose.

Stayed a night on way to wedding in Hilton Head. Breakfast was great. Only bad thing was our room was above the laundry room and they started doing laundry at 10 and it sounded like a semi outside the window. Thankfully we brought earplugs,

I had high expectations, but the whole facility is run down. The exterior siding is dirty, the elevator and hallways are scraped up And in need of paint. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub. The tub faucet isnt installed properly. The door to the room is sprung on the hinges. There is a hole in the baseboard where the room door hit it. A positive is that the bed was comfortable, but the general condition of the room and the noise and smell from the AC unit will keep me from ever staying at or recommending this property.

Room had electrical issues that we had to request to be fixed twice. Had to request an ironing board twice. Had to request extra pillows twice. Staff was nice and helpful, just poor communication with housekeeping was their excuse. Elevator was extra bumpy. Halls smelled like stale smoke.
