From long afternoons lounging on the porch or dock, or wine and cheese on the timber deck surrounded by Screen or the private Dock.


• Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeps 10 - Stroll upstairs for two bedrooms conveniently separated from the entertaining downstairs.

Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen Bed  Living Area; 1 x Queen Pull out Sofa Bed
There is an exquisite bathroom upstairs that services Bedrooms 3 and 4, plus 2 downstairs full bathrooms that service bedrooms 1 and 2 and are connected to the entertaining area.

• Kitchen:
Fully equipped with everything you need for an easy getaway, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and all the serving kitchen ware to entertain like a local.  
 • Dining:   
Open plan dining and living, with 6 seater Eat @ bar and small dining table for relaxed entertaining.

• Living Area:
Smart TV with Wi-Fi plus FREE Netflix & Hulu means your will have no shortage of choices for your TV viewing Pleasure.

• Outdoor Areas:
Fully covered Screened Porch area with outdoor dining and relaxed lounging, plus BBQ for easy entertaining.

• Cabinets:
Coffee, and sugar plus the everyday basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, cooking spray, foils and plastic wrap are provided. If you are staying a few days please check the pantry before you shop, as you are welcome to use what we provide and what is there.

• Temperature Control:
Air conditioning throughout for cooling & heating, plus ceiling fans throughout to enhance the breezes flowing through the doors and windows. The home is well insulated which means the home maintains a lovely constant temperature all year round with the heat and AC units.

• Utilities:
Washer, dryer, ironing facilities makes for a true home away from home.

• WiFi:
Free unlimited WiFi access to stay connected throughout your stay – with the password waiting for you on the “Welcome Placard”.

• Accessibility:
Enter Through the Front Door of the Property it has an Electronic lock which the code will be sent to you.

• BBQ:
Entertain outdoors with the gas BBQ.  (Suggestions for BBQ use are outlined in “House Manual”)

• Books & Games:
Fun, relaxation and connection is encouraged with a gorgeous selection of books, magazines, and classic games.

• Smoking:
No smoking permitted within the premises - inside or out.

• Bed Linen:
Pure cotton hotel quality bedding welcomes you in the bedrooms, while fresh bathroom towels are ready and waiting.

• Back Yard:
Fully  grassed and landscaped rear yard looking out over the Albemarle sound, Enjoy Cooking outside on the gas grill, Enjoy time on the dock, Swimming in the Sound during the warmer months all great aspects of the "Sunrise Over the Sound" House ………and your pleasure.

• Parking:
Driveway parking for Guests only will accommodate 3 or so cars.

• Neighborhood:
A safe and friendly neighborhood where locals stroll past on their way to the end of the street, or stopping by to Speak. have a seat on the Screened porch with a coffee in hand, or Have a seat on the Dock overlooking the the Sound

• Transport:
You will need you own vehicle for transportation.

• Extended Stays:
For guests staying 2 weeks or more we do a complimentary clean throughout, including bathrooms, toilets and floors, coordinated for your convenience. Bed Linen changes for those staying more than one week is available on request at a small fee of $35. Alternatively, we provide enough linen for guests wanting to wash for themselves in the washing machine provided.

• Information Drawer:
To assist you to experience all that is on offer on the beautiful Albemarle Sound, the “Information Drawer” in the kitchen has lots to offer, including menu’s and so much more.

COVID-19 & Cleaning:
We go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our guests, taking care of all the little things. We constantly get 5 stars for cleans and with the world's current concerns with regards to cleanliness and hygiene, we are now going to extra lengths.

Our home is professionally cleaned by a registered cleaning company that is following strict Government Health Department guidelines with regards to products and surfaces cleaned between guests stays. Including all surfaces, light switches, door handles/knobs and remote controls. If you want to know more please just ask, we are here to assist you.
