It is a good option for the price you pay. The staff was extremely helpful and even let me be in the pool for few extra minutes. The check in was easy and anytime I had any questions they responded right away. Room was OK and no smell. It was humid but after I ran A/C unit it was good. I liked that they recycle the Key Card instead of throwing it away !! Overall good experience !
The location was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The hotel is in need of updating. Lots of visible broken items such as screens, gouges in walls, dirty carpets, worn out furniture.

Limited choices that night for a last minute booking. Got as far as checking in but felt totally unsafe with the people in and around the place. I left and found another hotel 30 minutes away. room was probably ok, but didnt get that far. sorry !!

I liked it in the beginning when I went several times before but this time I was disappointing because the coming in wasn’t pleasing. I was checking out a little late and the housekeeper was very rude and nasty. They put you out exactly at 11am,I had no time to make sure I had all of my belongings. I will NOT be staying here again.

Very easy to get to convention center center from hotel, cost was cheaper than most with an inside hallway keeping out side noise to a minimum and enhancing safety. And it was clean with friendly staff.

The room had a horrible strong food smell (Indian food possibly). It was mentioned to a couple people. The pillows were awful. The hallways smelled of smoke. The price was reasonable. I could deal with everything but the smell.

Poor customer service upon arrival, one gentleman was on phone clearly not able to greet us, another (assuming a manager of sorts, he was much older) just sat in the back room looking at us instead of checking us in. Was assigned a smoking room despite requesting otherwise, which was absolutely disgusting. Hotel was sold out because of Homecoming at ECU so we had no choice. Carpet was gross, furntiure was old and dirty, bed wasn't that bad and neither was the bathroom but the smell of that smoking room was almost unbearable. Good thing we were there to party for a football game and didn't spend much time in the hotel. Then upon checkout on Sunday, the front desk called us at 11:15 (15 minutes after check out time) to basically tell us to get out. We were waiting on a ride. We finished getting our things together and they called us BACK at 11:30 and told us to wait in the lobby, that they were trying to clean the room. I found this totally rude and uncalled for because no one was trying to get in that hotel on a Sunday morning in Greenville anyways. Won't ever stay here again.
This was a last minute trip and we got this room because the majority of others were booked due to softball tournaments in town. The Super 8 is in serious need of updating. The hall carpet is severely worn and the room and its fixtures are very outdated, however, it was surprisingly clean considering its age. The towels are scratchy, the toilet paper is cheap and scratchy, the bed was overly firm and the pillows were very, very hard, making it tough to sleep. All that being said, the staff is VERY polite and helpful, comparable to many of the upper end hotels we've stayed at. All in all, I would recommend for an overnight stay.
The hotel is an older one and is past due for a make over!! I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom/tub, sprayed the bed and pillows. I will definitely not book this place again. Thanks.
Hotel was old, but ok. Staff was friendly. Sheets were stained and I felt something "biting" me and itched all night. Would not stay there again !

I am sorry you were not comfortable at this location. Guests can get loud when attending sporting events at ECU, however, we do not allow parties and try to address any disturbances immediately Renovations are underway. Please consider giving us another try in the future
