Great sizable room!
The staff was very nice however the cleanliness was very questionable. The first room I was put in literally had ants all over the bed and the headboard as well as the nightstand. It was gross. They changed my room but by that point I was already disgusted. The second room was fine however I will no longer be staying at this establishment when I visit Greenville . The building smells old and smoky. Breakfast was nice and again the staff was very nice and accommodating which I appreciated.

Room was dated and dirty. Not the worst I have ever been to but definitely below expectations. Ended up leaving and went to a different hotel. Could have been an isolated incident with only our room. Staff was very understanding and helpful, no argument or push back to refund our money.

Only needed to stay one night, but it was very convenient and affordable. Staff was always nice and helpful with any question we had. Room was clean snd breakfast was yummy.
It wasn’t the Four Seasons or the Waldorf-Astoria, but I got my money’s worth. Clean, comfy room that didn’t break my wallet. Nice staff, too. I’ll remember this place next time I’m in town.
Didn’t even stay there. Called them and they gave my room away. Very unprofessional. Saying they tried to notify me when they Didn’t

The staff were so kind and lovely! We needed to check out of the hotel the next morning prior to the breakfast start time, and they were so sweet to allow us to get breakfast items from the buffet anyway even though they were still setting up! Really appreciated this! :)
Everything about our stay was great! Check-in went smoothly, our room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet! The only thing we found disappointing was the free breakfast- the food & coffee were not great-tasting and it was served on styrofoam plates.
