Staff was not helpful at all an was lazy..
Enjoyed all aspects of the facility.

I nearly left within an hour of arriving. I reserved a king bed, but got two queens. Fine. Requested non smoking, the room reeked of smoke. The room next door was smoking and I could see it coming under the shared door. The walls were so thin I could hear EVERYTHING the neighbors Did. Including screaming at each other until 3am. The staff was friendly, but i was traveling alone and it was sketchy. The room was clean, but the smoke smell was so bad I got a migraine.

The breakfast is hot but not “full”. There isnt any bacon, bagels or cream cheese.

Front desk checked our neighbors in at 2 am right next door , very rowdy and loud group , would have appreciated it if they moved them further away for a check in at that hour . For a one night stay passing through overall not too bad .
The best thing about this hotel is waking up and walking to a nice breakfast with nice choices.
The rooms are clean and remodeled (at least the room I stayed in) and the breakfast was good too. The staff was friendly. Its also secure to leave your car outside since they have cameras everywhere (they have plenty of space for RVs, long pick up trucks with cargo, even moving trucks I spotted in the parking lot that night). I did not hear the highway during my sleep, although the hotel is located very close to it. I highly recommend it. If you are in doubt of what room you will have, just call the d¡front desk and tell them to give you a remodeled unit and they will help you out, that is what I did.
Stayed overnight during our Thanksgiving trip to South Carolina. Room was clean, breakfast ok and the free WIFI worked well.
Very averag breakfast but a clean room and hotel. We were looking for a hotel with value right off the highway and econo lodge Selma satisfied are need.

TVs come with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers.
At Econo Lodge, guests have access to free WiFi in public areas, coffee in a common area, and laundry facilities. If you decide to drive, there's free parking. Front-desk staff are standing by 24/7 to assist with any requests. This hotel also has a picnic area.

Dear Kristen, I am so sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. I do see that you did reserve a nonsmoking king size room through Expedia. Unfortunately there was not any notes saying you had a pet. We do welcome pets but we did not have any king pet rooms available. We did offer you room with 2 double beds and you were okay with the room. Front desk did try to call 15 minutes after check in but there was no answer. We would have been glad to move you to another room but we did not know that you were not happy with your room until now in your feedback. I am reviewing the notes about the room and about the smoke smell and will be escalating to management. The room beside you is also nonsmoking so will be investigating this issue also. Econo Lodge offers continental breakfast. We have added sausage links and scrambled eggs to our breakfast. I am sorry we did not have the items you listed. I appreciate your recent review of our hotel. I'm very sorry you were disappointed in the website pictures. I am not quit understanding if you encountered and problems or if you were just not happy with the hotel itself. I do appreciate any responses that our customers have to offer.
