Affordable. Not pretty but the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You get what you paid for.

I think this place was really nice the only downfall was that my fiancée told me after we already checked out that some type of bug bite her and they have a sign up about no refunds if there’s bed bugs but they’ll be happy to change the room for you I think that if you have a running hotel, motel, or an inn that you should make sure no bugs are visible or feelable idk it’s just not ok!!!

The room was very small but had everything we needed

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in the room right next to the office. So, it faced the highway and had people coming and going checking in and out. I was in Goldsboro on business and only needed a place to sleep and clean up. This it did just fine. I think anyone who needs it to be very quiet in order to get to sleep would find the road noise a problem. It did not effect me that much. Overall, the room was very clean - even the fridge and microwave - which I was glad to have. The bed was nice and firm, just the way I like it. A good value for the money, in my opinion.

The motel was OK but something in there keeps making me sick. Some extra cleaning would be nice.

The staff was friendly and very nice and the room was clean. The little soaps, etc they leave in the room were actually good quality which surprised me. I used the hand soap and it didn't dry my hands out the way most soaps like that would. The housekeeping staff was very thorough in cleaning. The place was a bit outdated, but not something that couldn't be overlooked given the price to stay there. The guests were noisy. Cops were there late at night for a while; not sure what was going on but they were parked in the parking lot near our room for a while. Overall, it wasn't that bad if you just need a room for the night while traveling. We were there over the July 4th weekend for 3 nights so were exposed to more.

I visit Goldsboro often so I use this hotel because of the rates mostly. Also they do have smoking rooms and most do not. The staff is always pleasant.

The hotel was fine. The room was very small and it took forever for the water in the bathroom sink to get warm. The heater worked very well!

This is my second time staying at this chain and each time I was persuaded to stay there because of the rate. The rate is one of the cheapest in the area but you get what you pay for. The ac/ heating unit was loud on both occassions, and parking spaces are few and narrow. The location is close to the highway and near to the business district and if needed close to the hospital. If you can plan ahead stay elsewhere but for a spare of the moment accommodations America's Best Value Inn Goldsboro has not disappointed me because they always have a vacancy. I would recommend this hotel for the thrifty traveler based on price and not amenitites.

upon arriving i approached the bullet proof glass and was unsure of if it was a good location or not.(glad i had my s&w) that night the computers were down so she could not process my card. ( i already have a debit from orbits) but fig id straighten it out later. the woman said i would have to resolve the prob in the morning. the next morning i woke to a maintenance man entering my room with no interduction. he apologized that he thought that no one was in the room but had to fix the locks, which he did, but the door still had to be pulled to insure that it would latch. overall a good experience. the man who works the desk in the day time was very nice and hospitable. there is a sign that says that the office opens at 9 but never does u can only talk to staff through bulletproof glass w noisy vending machines in the background. still have a pending transaction from them not sure what i will pay, sheets smelled horrible

Staff is very friendly ,Wireless internet is working very good,I never seen 5mpbs internet download speed at other hotel.Room was clean and remodel.Much difference then before.I frequetly stay at this location.It is so pleasent night to stay.enjoyable stay.I see lowest rate in town.I would suggest people to stay this location.
