Tons of swarming bumble bees at the entrance scaring our son. Cob webs and dead insects in the corners of the hallway.
The property was listed as wonderful but is very tired and old, the air/heat was very noisy.It was listed as breakfast included there were packed muffins and that was it. Would never recommend or stay again.
The room we was assigned- the beds was messed up in it. The second room we was assigned it was the same way. So the worker went and checked the third room at the beds was made up finally. When I went to take a shower late that night the shower curtains was dirty. I have pictures for each incident

Hotel was clean and up to date. The breakfast (muffins and drinks) was very bad, it was setup on the edge of the dining area and they had it blocked off where you couldn’t even sit down. The check in staff was very un friendly. I would have given 4 starts except the advertise muffins and coffee was pathetic.
Many things to like about this Super 8. Appeared renovated with clean lobby & rooms. The additional suite/sitting area in the hotel rooms was a BIG plus. The “breakfast included” left a lot to be desired - just small packaged muffins, 2 coffee urns & a juice machine, with nowhere to sit down due to a closed dining room. Overall a very good experience, conveniently located near the river, movie theater, restaurants and museum in Cherokee. We’ll stay here again!

We reserved a non-smoking room and the one were given reeked of smoke. Was too exhausted to repack and change rooms. Very disappointing.
