Very clean. Amazing and helpful staff, very friendly. Room was excellent with sitting area and mini kitchen. And the hotel is within walking distance of the big mall on the south side of Tyler.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable. Recommend a lamp behind the lounge chair, firmer pillows, remove rust from vent in bathroom. Staff very nice and friendly.

Would not allow late check out even though we absolutely needed the extra hour, closed breakfast Buffett 30 minutes earlier than advertised meaning cleaned up early except for muffins cinnamon rolls, elevators were not working upon arrival to check in and put us on 4th floor knowing this, and front desk Pentecostal lady was rude Will be staying elsewhere from now on even though this had previously been our go- to place.

The hotel smelled like sewage when we checked in. The room also smelled musty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. (There was mold in the shower/on the artwork in the bathroom and the couch had several stains as well.)
