The word "RESORT" Attached is misleading. The hotel building halls were hot, the elevator lobby was hot, had a a/c box with no a/c (at least patch up the holes) room service was terrible (left the hotel food boxes outside for 2 days, neber picked up the trash) the restrooms from their venues were horrible. Vomit on the floors,sinks full of vomit. This hotel is outright disgusting, not a resort at all. Their restaurant service/delivery is not good at all. Scheduled forna certain time then they try to say it was for a different time that I did not select, then while in the phone, they deliver our food, cold and soggy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the bathroom was small and the "beach towels" provided looked like one my of my overly used dish towels. The food was also excellent. I will go back!

Its slightly run down but a fair price for what you get. The staff are vary friendly and easy to talk to. If you are looking for a place for a family with young kids this probably isn't the place for that. 60 plus average ages

We had a stellar view of the gulf. Room was clean & spacious. Amentities overall are great. Location is great. When we checked in there was no map & we were not given clear directions on how to get to our building, which was not marked at all. Were not told if there was any maid service & we had no DND sign if we didn't want maid service. Maid service took away the extra towels we specifically had to ask for earlier in the day & in a double queen room we got 3 towels& 2 coffee cups. Bartenders were great (Jorge, Robert & Edgar).Pool was nice but small for as big as the resort is. Overall, would stay again.
