It is an old property in great location with friendly staff. They were just opening up with virus so probably not fair to evaluate. No coffee in room, no hair dryer, good place if there for water parks, not just visiting area.

Housekeeping doesn’t realize that this is a place for vacations. Therefore people sleep in. They would wake us up every morning at 8 am. If we didn’t hurry and get out of the room , they would not clean it or make the beds. Perhaps their schedule should start later in the day.

Perfect vacation great people and lots to do everyday

First room had lots of roaches in the bathtub. Switched rooms and it was a bit better but very old and not too nice

We opted to stay in a room right on the property. For almost $300 per night, it was a complete and total dump. I understand that the main reason for being there is the park, not the rooms. And the room fee did include our waterpark passes, but honestly, I would not stay here again. The room was a equal to a really bad motel room, tiny, run-down, musty, wall mount air conditioner, SUPER old wooden beds and dressers - downright creepy. I think a little honesty could help. I think if I had been expecting a motel style atmosphere, with plastic tables outside every door, then I could have made a choice to accept it or go somewhere else. All they need to do is a little updating, and things would be much better. I still love Schlitterbahn, but their resort rooms are awful.

We had a great time, especially using the shuttle service going back and fourth to Wurst Fest.

We had 1 bedroom suite right off the river. My husband and I had a blast walking the trails along the river, searching for turtles in the water and enjoying breakfast on the balcony each morning. The rooms are slighly worn and the beds are really hard. However, if you are wanting to stay at the park, this place is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would definetly come back to enjoy this place over and over again!

It is somewhat run-down. Rooms are ordinary, but clean. No way would I call this a resort. The staff were the only good thing about the place.

All was great at the resort, but wished I had booked directly with them. I would have saved $20!

Had an awesome stay. We didn't want to leave. Great value and view of the park and river.

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize for any inconveniences you had during your stay. Due to Covid 19 We have removed some of the amenities from the room such as coffee makers and hair dryers because of the time it takes to properly sanitize these items. We hope that you understand and come back and stay with us again.
