We liked the pool area and jacuzzi. The breakfast wasn't great due to construction but the rooms were good
They have remodeled since we visited before and appreciate the updated rooms and lobby. The pool and hot tub are a nice amenity.
The outdoor area and pool was very nice. The bathroom was dirty and we could hear the people in the room above us stomping around at night.
Late at checking us in, didn’t get a room until about an hour and half after expected check-in time. Not the cleanest room but okay for a weekend getaway
The Hotel is somewhat run down, needs renovation
The staff were very professional and instantly made you feel welcome. The facilities were very nice as well.

First time visiting Fredericksburg. Very friendly accommodating concierge. Jim was a gem and had very nice suggestions of where to go around town. Such a pleasant local man and very knowledgable about the town.
