This is a boutique hotel and from my understanding the only 4 diamond hotel in Springfield. The rooms as well as the hotel are in impeccable condition and clean. Staff was very professional and the hotel does have room service as well as a restaurant. The hotel itself is actually two buildings the one on the main street and it's annex which is across the alley. One of the benefits is that the annex building has a rooftop bar that will rival rooftop bars in large cities. I was pleasantly surprised at how modern it was and enjoyed seeing the surroundings. Location is great as there is a plethora of bars, resturants, and coffee shops all within the immediate area. I would recommend this hotel for couples on a weekend retreat.
Love the historic feel. Had drinks in the lobby every night and my daughter loved the mocktails.

Hotel never returned deposit and there was absolutely no damage or smoking or anything in the room to warrant this

It was an old building converted into a very modern hotel. Automatic blinds, dimming lights, free fast WiFi and a great location in the brewery district with lots of places to eat and drink.
Was very nice. I did not have time for breakfast would have been nice if there was complimentary fruit or something.

No fans in bathrooms. Atrium rooms hallway smells odd. Everything else was great.
