Great place to stay. The staff were all so nice. Walking distance to the stadiums....just great all around stay.

PLACE WAS RUN DOWN! MAJOR need of updating! I would have never stayed if I knew the condition! No one made up the room, I had to ask for the remote from the front dek. I had to go get fresh towels. I would never use this place again! I felt ripped off, and think my money should be refunded

Just waiting to see what they do with the space Denny’s used to be.

Everything was pretty clean and nice. The only issue i had was the shower curtain has a stale smell to it when you walk in. maybe just needs to be sanitized or something. In the snack area in lobby I don't know if the drink coolers were down or if this is normal for there- but the drinks were in actual ice chests with ice you had to dig around to find the drink you wanted. I would stay again though. It was decent overall.

We stayed at the Hotel Lotus for the Friday night Taylor Swift show and everything was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helped expedite check in so we could get to the concert. Such an easy walk to the stadium.

I like that I can walk to the game. The breakfast is soooo good.

House keeping went through my luggages. Had to reset room keys everyday as they wouldn’t work. Front desk phone did not work. Building next door burnt down during our stay. Our room was assigned to other guests while we were still staying there - other guests went into our room twice. Debbie, housekeeping supervisor illegally checked my bags and initiated an argument with my family in the hallway of the hotel. Caught on camera, reported to management, and police report made. Do not stay at this hotel.

The hotel had disabled the A/C in the rooms, making them nearly unbearably humid and hot. Staff was uninterested in helping to alleviate the situation, and no notice had been given upon reservation that there was a climate control shutoff in effect. Very poor experience all the way around.

HOT Breakfast was COLD! Too many weirdos hanging around the hotel at night!!

If you are going to chiefs game this is the best hotel easy walk the staff is awesome

Room not ready until 8:30 pm. Breakfast of poor quality.

Thank you for staying with us. I had my housekeeper take care of shower curtain.Our treat shop is set up a bit different to handle the large concert/game days. We have that cooler stack in addition to the small cooler in the business/treat shop area. Having those coolers allows us to have 80 additional cold soda's and 50 additional Gatorades available to our guests in this hot weather. in addition to having the room for extra bottle water cooling. Hope you come back soon

I am sorry your visit had so many incidents. I was glad we had a chance to discuss the computer glitch that led to your rooms being assigned to other guests and the luggage being touched/moved. Our phones were out due to fiber optic theft & fire. Working now. Room keys often need to be rekeyed, due to older system. This is not typical of how things go at the hotel.

I am sorry your stay didn't go as planned. Our hotel has switched over to all A/C as of the 1st. We are checking the room you were in to see if the AC wasn't working. Thanks for letting us know
