Great alternative to hotels in Spokane. 1 bedroom with a cool little loft bedroom. Communal barbecue as a bonus, the place was spotless

They were extremely rude and service was horrible. I was charged for clean towels even though mine were dirty to begin with I would not recommend this place to anyone they do not know how to treat people that are renting from them or people in General. Would rather take my business elsewhere.

Was offered a free upgrade, but it wasn't obvious to me that the upgrade property was 30 minutes away from original booked property. When I showed up to the original property, I was told that I was at the wrong place. Later that evening I received a call apologizing for the miscommunication and was comped one of my two nights stay. Accommodations at Airway Heights are not in the greatest neighborhood, but the buildings are brand new, well furnished, and very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, we enjoyed the homie feeling. Anyone needed a place to stay without a long term lease I highly recommend. So much better than a hotel.

, my husband and I were very pleased the first time we opened the door. A very nice change from your normal hotel rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make her meals, and you could tell that a lot of thought was taken into every part of the townhouse. We liked the location too, it didn't seem to take very long to get anywhere we needed to go. The only thing that was a problem was the lack of hot water and it seemed to take a long time for the heat to start working through the whole house. All in all a wonderful stay and we have made another reservation there for next month.

If you were staying here more than a week, then yes this would be a nice place to stay. I was there only two nights. The parking lot was tiny, and made worse by the snow that clearly never gets plowed out. Icy and dangerous. orbitz led me to understand that there was a pool and all that good stuff here. IT IS NOT ON SITE. They give you a family pass to a recreational facility. That meant traveling to another location, not too close, to enjoy a hot tub or a work out. I was disappointed. Overall if it were just a place to sleep it was ok. The bed was comfy. The tub was jetted. It took over ten hours to heat the place, that sucked. It was quite. The cable upstairs didn't work. That was disappointing.

So if you were looking to take a hot shower or a long hot bath on your vacation it won't be happening here. The internet was really fast when you plugged into the wall.

Very nice town house. Got a discount price. Stayed 2 nights but could stay longer.

Are you sure you are not getting us mixed up with another stay. I don't remember the last time our team members were accused of being rude and we never charge for extra towels.

Thank you for your review. You are right - our snow fall has been more than usual this year, and our snow plow contractor could have done a better job. As for the hot tub, we do give out free passes to The Fitness Center, which is a 5-minute walk from our parking lot. If you informed our front desk clerk of your concerns, he would have been happy to give you directions on the best way to get there. We work hard to make our guests happy, and we appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were misinformed, but the hot water heater in your room was 25 gallons. We are in the process of changing all of our hot water heaters to 40 gallons - with your room as the last one to be replaced. We understand our customers enjoy a hot shower and long hot bath with our jetted tubs so we made sure to make this upgrade a priority. We hope you'll consider us again for your furnished lodging needs.
