Front desk was very friendly! The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Breakfast is not included and costs an arm and a leg which was unfortunate because took forever to be seated and there was one waiter We sat for 45 minutes and was greeted after 10 minutes of sitting and never got any drinks throughout our meal. Definitely not worth the price. I also wasn’t aware of the price of parking. For a hotel that charges quite a price tag per night I would have assumed these amenities would of been included. Which I guess is my fault for not researching enough before booking my visit. I was just very taken back at the steep prices. Great stay but probably won’t be back.

Husband and I came for a last min stay after the Seahawks game. We were able to walk to the game just fine (quite a hill, but made it just fine) and able to walk back and then walk to dinner as well. Nice to be able to do in Seattle where parking takes just as long to find as walking to a place. Would stay again.

Conveniently located in downtown, 1 block from the library and walking distance to both attractions and hospital district. Very disappointed that early morning coffee service said to be available in the ‘Bar 515’ area was NOT operating. We were sent to the cafe where 2 brewed coffees cost nearly $8.
Last minute reservation. Busy hotel. Clean. We’re quick to check me in. Walkable to sights. Hair found in shower and no body wash (wall mounted container was empty) Room was quiet.
Very helpful staff at every interaction. Big room which is nicely organized for leisure and to catch up on work.
