Friendly staff and beautiful location.
Despite the construction underway, my room on the 33rd floor was clean and quiet. Staff take good care of patrons in the dining room and in storing luggage ahead of room availability.
The lobby and restaurant area of the hotel is being renovated, which will be done by April 2024, according to the staff. This detracted a bit from the stay, thought the room was comfortable and in good condition. An upgraded restaurant would be a good addition.
Under construction so def not a 4 ⭐️ hotel. First time in Seattle and what a disgrace. Homeless people and drug addicts EVERYWHERE! Maybe I expected differently. The hotel is noce but very dated. Staff seemed like they are just happy to have a job. Room was ok, but AC was a little annoying. Never seen one cleaning person or no one was ever at bell service right inside entrance.

Well, I am sure this is a ones glorious hotel. It is definitely showing its age. The facility is a bit worn overall. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. I’ll be at a bit dated. The elevators are a pain in the ass. They are really slow.

Lobby was small and crowded
The way the operating system for the elevator was very unique. The size of the bathroom was extremely small and the room lacked decor
The hotel was great! Walking around near the hotel the smell of irons was terrible.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean, and hotel is conveniently located in the city.
Convenient location to the Convention Center - short walk through a park gets you right there.
The hotel was convenient to where we needed to be, and being there for 2 weeks we had a suite overlooking the city and space needle. We used public transit..the link, buses, water taxi, ferry and monorail; all conveniently located to hotel. We also walked alot whereas many points of interest are within walking distance.
Customer service was great. Room was very clean.
