Unfortunately the hotel is in an area of town where a lot of gang type crimes have been taking place so we drove everywhere. Otherwise it would have been within a walkable distance.
Very helpful welcoming staff. Great room with large flat screen TV and recliner. Good breakfast. Mon-Wed featured free light dinner with spirits. Amenities always available. Very good location for getting to know Spokane. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels around the USA and this was easily the very best.

Very quiet, clean, and close to Gozaga U. Enjoyed our stay. However my request that was written on a note on Nightstand after first night there wasn't noticed, but my tip was.
Clean, spacious, inviting. Parking was limited (unless there's more than just the front parking lot).
