Very good
Great location. Quiet neighborhood.
Friendly staff and awesome breakfast! I love the hot Indian breakfast choices each morning. Makes this Residence Inn unique.
Lack of hot water for show. AC is very loud. I was not aware of the $6 extra for parking.
The service, the room layout, the staff, everything was wonderful!!!
Spacious room, friendly staff, great breakfast, working fireplace, perfect weekend retreat or a longer stay.
The staff were nice enough, but the facilities were not the quality that I expect for a Residence Inn. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathtubs were tiny. The kitchen was poorly stocked with what you would need to cook. The bathroom sink had a small piece missing from it and some large cracks. I am used to a higher standard of quality when I stay at Residence Inn. The breakfast seemed under staffed and there were multiple times that people would have to ask the front desk for things to be restocked.
The hotel is under provisioned for Internet access, paying an additional fee doesn't help. It tends to work adequately during off hours but was hopeless during anything approaching peak times, like during the evening. If you don't have a computer it might be a fine place, although it's clearly for business travelers. The front desk was completely unconcerned about the problem and pretended it was due to wireless signal, which it very obviously was not was not, I'm sure they get this complaint constantly. The signal was strong but the connection is saturated.
Trip Set up: Our trip was planned around an event at the University of Washington. Our flight out of Honolulu, Hawaii was delayed 3 hours and instead of getting into Seattle at 10:00 pm, we ended up getting in after 1:00 am. After retrieving our rental car we got on our way to the Residence Inn Bellevue. Using driving directions via navigation app on my phone, we were able to find the hotel pretty easily and drive time was approximately 30 minutes. At 2:30 am in the morning, we pulled up to the main lobby and I had to press a buzzer to get the front desk to let me into the building. Check in was quick, and painless. We had a room at the back of the property and headed over. After reaching the room we unloaded our luggage and after a 5 1/2 hour flight with 3 hour delay and all the running around to keep track of bags and tired kids, all we wanted to do was get showered and get to bed, as we needed to drive into the University of Washington in the morning. Walking into the room, I was fairly impressed. It looked roomy enough for the 4 of us. The room overall looked nicely kept and clean, Kitchen was a nice size and had evrything we needed and it had a fold out be where the older child could sleep. After getting settled in and removing our shoes, we noticed the carpet had recently been shampooed and was still damp. Not too big of a deal as we all showered and got to bed. I woke up first the next morning (6:30 am) and got showered and headed to the main building/lobby for the complimentary breakfast as the rest of the family got up and ready. The facility is set up like 2 story town houses with the lobby/front desk being in the main building in the front. Just off the lobby, they have the breakfast set up like a family buffet. Also, as part of the front desk, they have a little sundries shop that has a few snacks and soft drinks for sale. There are a couple of computers set up in a nook off to the side for internet access. I was able to get breakfast for the family in to-go containers and take it back to the room. Breakfast choices included pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, selection of baggels, selection of cereal, muffins, assorted fruit, oatmeal, toast, orange juice and coffee. On the walk to and from the room, I also saw the little pool area and a multi-purpose court (half court basketball, tennis, volleyball) set up in the middle of the complex. Lots of greenery surrounding everything and nicely kept. Even with several families and a number of kids playing, it was segregated well enough that noise was not a problem our whole stay. We were out to Seattle and the surrounding areas most of the days we were there and came back to the room after 10:00 pm both remaining nights. The room was large enough that our family was able to get cleaned up and relax for a little bit before getting to bed. Overall, I'd say that the Residence Inn Bellevue is a nice family hotel in a nice, fairly quiet location. It was easy to get to anywhere we needed to go in Seattle, down to Tacoma and up into Everett. Not a luxury stay but good value and very nice family hotel. No room service (but there is a delivery service from surrounding restaurants) and if you don't need to be waited on (aside from front desk, I didn't see any staff, of course we were out all day) this is a nice place to stay.
The front desk staff were more than helpful and friendly. A couple of hours after checking in we received a call from the front desk to ensure everything was OK. The evening prior to check out they called to confirm we were leaving as scheduled. Great breakfast in the mornings, too bad their hospitality service isn't available during the weekends as from previous experience, these are great too. Very quiet area and close to nearby shopping for the essentials.
I was majorily staying here since my work demanded. The stay in this hotel was pleasant. There are so many options for the breakfast. They can definitely think of bringing down the amount. So, stay here, if you have money
The Hotel is a great value, but still managed to provide good service.Housekeeping had interrupt my sleep. But nice fully equiped kitchen is very helpful.
The well equipted kitchen was not put to much service because their breakfast and evening meal/buffets were so well stocked that we did not see the need to prepare our own meals.
