Like that the beach is like 2 blocks away and dennys a block away and chillis is the other way so close to restaurants and beach and this place has a pool

Very close to beach. Only down side were the dresser wasnt spacious and the ice machine wasnt working. Besides that it was good
Not to bad overall Remote to the tv did not work so i physically had to change the channel manually
Used there parking lot for a fee the next day the rental had front end damage serious damage
Was in corner room, it was old and horrible. Air conditioner didn’t work. Location was okay. Outlets didn’t work in room, no washcloths. Restaurant said they couldn’t do carry out because “didn’t have any plates” even though I had just asked when we checked in 5 mins prior and was told to just call down for carry out. Only stayed because of proximity to airport, wouldn’t recommend
Horrible horrible horrible hotel. My 7 year old and I woke up with bite marks from I don’t know what. Told the person downstairs told me he could move me and my 3 other guests to another room at 4 in the morning and I said no. Management was no where in sight to fix the situation and by the looks of it it seems like they’ve had this issue before. Provided pictures of the fresh bites and wrote a nice email to management. Hopefully I can get my money back but DO NOT BOOK HERE.
Rocky start, but managed brilliantly. My concerns were handle immediately. Met my expectations. Cudos to the cleaning crew and their efforts to accommodate us.
My fault for not reading reviews before booking. The place is old, dirty and poorly maintained. I only stayed one night.
The only reason we chose this property was its proximity to SJU for early morning check-in. To rate this a 2-star property would be VERY generous. The rooms were sparse and there was dental pick trash from a previous guest on the floor. Table lamps did not work and slamming doors from other guests was loud. The desk staff was young and disaffected: didn’t seem to care if we stayed there or not. When we came down to check out at 3 am the desk attendant was playing a loud video game and seemed startled by our presence in the lobby. We would not return to this property.
