The food is exquisite. The multiple pool options and beach access are quite nice. In general the staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, if you go to the beach and have a darker complexion, you might not get offered a beach umbrella. I didn't make anything of it until I noticed others if a lighter complexion receiving umbrellas. But it really dawned on me when I saw another couple of dark complexion without an umbrella observing the same thing. When I asked the staff member about it, his reply was, "Am I white?"

This property is so rundown, it needs a major refresh! Additionally the hotel turns into a club at night so it’s hard to sleep before 2am. Had to sleep with headphones in. The only redeeming quality of the property was the staff, so nice and willing to go out of their way.

Average beach front hotel
We stayed 1 night post cruise, chose due to the beach front location. The hotel public areas are lovely, the staff were very helpful. We stayed in a suite in the tower, the rooms are large and clean but in need of immediate updating. The decoraton is very tired, bathroom require replacing especially bath and shower. The beach front location is good but it’s prone to rip tides and strong waves.

Great beach area and tons of seating throughout the resort. Food options were good and the staff super friendly. The very loud dance music starting in the morning and going until 11pm was not good. Cannot stress enough how annoying the music was...Great gym if you likje to work out.
