Segovia Studio Units

Really comfortable, and clean place! Kind of confusing at first to get into the apartment but no a big deal. Would stay there again.

The area look good and clean, but, We were not able to stay, arrived arround 4:30pm called manager but no one answered, communicated with Orbitz, they wasn’t able to comunicate with Segovia. Tried several times, but not respond, we wait for 1hr 30 min. Then we moved to another hotel. An hr later Segovia mgr called me, but we already moved to other place. Not sure if i can recover the money! 😔

Nice and quiet. Pillows are hard but overall the studio is great for the price.

The property itself was nice and communication with the contact person was great. I only stayed for two nights. The area looked a bit shady, there was cameras on the property and I didn’t encounter any issue. I was gone most of the day. There’s locked door to get into the patio area where I was staying to get to my door

There was near by stores and cafeterias .

Place is more than what I expected, beautifully, spacious, clean. Everything you need and more.

Evening was very accommodating and comfortable the beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ the only negative was there was no bedding for the futon bed and we had to take from the other beds. Over all we would stay again.

For the price one of the cleanest, quietest and secure locations. The fourth item on my most important list is the bed - super comfortable. There was one hiccup that was mostly likely a result of my arriving after hours but it like hiccups resolved itself! Will definitely stay there again when in San Juan!

Very nice spot. Needed a place next to the airport for a late-night check inn. Was not expecting such a nice place

Love it it was cute room all clean communication great and very quiet parking good and love to hear the coqui if I ever go again don't mind making reservation with them again God bless them ....

Cute 2 bedroom apartment located in a Suburban neighborhood, very safe and secure. There’s a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and produce stores within walking distance (10 minute walk). We used Uber for transportation to and from beach, shopping, and sightseeing

Pros: 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, clean and private parking. This property is a small home located in a neighborhood not far from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Cons: Not a regular Hotel. The property lacked many essentials that you would typically find in a regular hotel. There is no stove but a hot plate is available. The toilet and shower water pressure were okay, but the sink water pressure was very minimal (just a little stream). The home has lack of natural light due to the absence of windows. The owner lives in the CONUS, and therefore relies on a local family to deal with issues (However, the local family did attend to our immediate needs). This is part of an old house in the middle of an old subdivision in Carolina, PR (not san Juan), and too far from places to eat, or any type of entertaining within walking distance. Note: If you are not from Puerto Rico, and you do not know your way around well, it is an inconvenience. We survived getting around for breakfast and dinner due to our great knowledge of the Island, because we used to live there.

I like that it was very cozy, just what we were looking for. Something to sleep after our flight. Property was pretty much updated, except for this filfty sofa in the living room. Everything else was great.

The entire transaction was easy and friendly. The suit looked and smelled clean. the only draw back was we couldn't get the tv's to work but we were only there one night and we had smart devices we were able to use instead. Overall we were very pleased with the stay and accommodations.

This property is a small home located in a neighborhood not far from the airport. The neigborhood is quiet and we felt safe. However the property lacked many essentials that you'd typically find in a VRBO. There is no stove but a hot plate is available. There are no bowls. There are plates, but you can only use 2 of them in the microwave since majority of them have a gold rim that causes them to be non microwaveable. There are no dish rags, dish towels, dish detergent or drying rack. The toilet pressure is very minimal and the shower water is less than warm. The only issue i inquired about was regarding the toilet since i had three boys and was concerned that the toilet wasnt going to flush fully. I was told to not put toilet paper in the toilet. There was hair in our blankets and we had to wash the blankets. The home has a dungeon like feel to it due to the lack of windows. The owners are hands off and does not check in with you if thats what you're used to. The owner (wife) speaks minimal english, but was nice. She said her husband speaks better english, bit i didnt meet him. I went out and purchased all of the missing items needed.

This is a nicely located property although, if you want to be close to city center at a walkable distance, this is not a place to stay. It is in a residential neighborhood so quiet. The only problem we had was the bed - it creaked everytime someone turned so it was really hard to sleep as a result. So, you might want to reconsider staying here if your plan is to stay for a long time; if only a night prior to flying out, then it would be okay. I would not stay for a long period due to the uncomfortable nature of the bed.
