Airport shuttle starting at 4:15 a.m. Very convenient!
Simply Suites was a comfortable place to spend a night before flying out of Pittsburgh in the morning. Easy parking. Large room with a kitchenette. Clean. There was a small gym downstairs and laundry room. Convenient airport shuttle that can be scheduled to pick you up.
Turned on heat, fire alarm went off. Opened dishwasher, found full of dirty dishes, called front desk, who asked if they were really dirty; asked wouldn’t housekeeping put clean dishes away, told not necessarily; so new guest is supposed to put away previous occupants dishes?!? No body wash in shower; hallways tracked full of mud.
Check-in was smooth and the guy working the counter was very helpful. I had a maintenance issue with the bathtub filling up. I mentioned it to the same person at the front desk and the problem was fixed later that day. The room was nicely appointed with a cooktop, dishes and free laundry. The guy working the counter when I checked out was terrible. When I walked up to the counter, he just looked at me not saying anything. Then he mumbled something which I had to ask him to repeat. Outside of that experience, I would stay at the hotel again.
Front desk was cheerful and helpful as close places to eat. A Target is close for these forgotten items. Mine was my toothbrush 😁. Room eas clean, it was quiet, only stayed 1 night. Flying next day. Price way reasonable. Highly recommend
Where's my refund at by the time I got to the hotel they canceled my stay in there audits and I advised that I would be late. Someone from Orbitz said my refund will be processed.
The kitchenettes and space in the room. I didn’t like that my reservation was cancelled

Checking in was not great, with rooms not being cleaned or ready. Our two rooms ended up apart without much concern. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet.

Very comfortable bed, nice touches like complimentary package of microwave popcorn useable shelving in the bathroom. This place is in a super convenient location, surrounded by restaurants and shopping and easy access to the freeway. Nice and clean. Only downside is AC was a little noisy but livable. Would most definitely return to this place.
Room smelled like sweat. Like someone that labored in the sun all day. There were many construction type vehicles and it looked as if families were living there as well. Not a problem with vehicles/families, but the room smelled pretty bad
I WENT TO PITTSBURGH TO SEE DISTURBED,BREAKING BENJAMIN, ALTER BRIDGE & SAINT ASONIA IN CONCERT ON TUESDAY JULY 19 !!!!!! IT WAS A ROCKIN CONCERT !!!! ALL 4 BANDS ROCKED !!!!! DISTURBED REALLY ROCKED !!!!!! FIRST NIAGARA PAVILION IS AN AWESOME VENUE TO SEE A CONCERT !!!! FIRST CLASS !!!!! CANDLEWOOD SUITES IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT HOTEL IN ROBINSON TOWNSHIP CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS & NEAR I-376 !!!!!! I HAD A STUDIO WITH A QUEEN BED !!!!!! EXCELLENT ROOM !!!!!!! IT WAS A 30 MINUTE DRIVE TO BURGETTSTOWN,PA ( FIRST NIAGARA PAVILION ) !!!!!! PITTSBURGH IS ALSO A 20 MINUTE RIDE !!!!!!!
I stayed at the candle wood with my girlfriend and we loved the room. Very spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Only downfall is no breakfast. But, other than that it was well worth it.
Our night at the hotel was wonderful! The room was clean and nice! The staff was wonderful,from check in to check out. We prechecked in at 12:15pm,was informed our room would be ready at 3:00 pm. But to our surprise it was ready by 2:00pm!! I would recommend to anyone,friends and family to stay at the Candlewood Suites Pittsburgh Airport!!
