Door keys woyld not work. Did not want a smoking room
hairy bed sheets/door that looked like it was kicked in/ gross stains on the sheets that didn’t looked washed. I would have not stayed there but I had paid for it already without seeing it online. a mistake I will never make it again!!
My room heater keep the room somewhat warm. During the night the room got cold. I removed the filters and the room got hot. With this covid going around you think the filtets would have been cleaned. They were 100 percent plugged.
It was clean, quiet, all of the staff are super friendly. I love that I can get a smoking room that does not smell like stale cigarette smoke. The only thing I am not crazy about is the step out of the tub. But it is manageable. They have bars to help.
Bathrooms never clean. Bedding had various burn holes. Floors never clean.

Room was clean and overall the property was in good condition. Lobby bathroom was out of order, or just off-limits to guests.
Only decent thing about this hotel is they have smoking rooms. Shower was slimy. Radio didnt work. Stains on comforter. Water temp changes ALOT.. Bathrooms usually filthy
For an older hotel, the room was nice. There was a slight smell of paint confirming that it had been recently renovated. Older hotel rooms usually have old, dim lights but the ones here were new and bright. Both the evening clerk and the morning clerk were nice. I highly recommend this hotel.
In the room next to me, there must have been about 20 different people going in and out of the room all day and night. Something was definitely going on there and I didn't feel very safe
