Cannot control heat in room, and television didn't work. Second time I've stayed at this property and experienced the same.
Towels were dirty.
My stay with the Red Roof Inn was a nice one. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and smelled nice, no visible damage to any parts of the room or furniture. I reserved very last-minute and the process was very easy via my Orbitz app. The price is right and the location is decent. I would stay here again.
The lights in the bathroom did not work and they told us they didn’t have any other rooms even though they offered people a room on the first, second or third floor right before us.
Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful & courteous
Had a little plumbing issue. The toilet was slow when you flushed and water went down. Swithed out room to another room.

The only thing remotely useful about the property is it's cheap. We stayed 3 days and did not get maid service at all. I'm fine with reusing towels and making my bed, but the waste containers were NEVER emptied, nor the floor swept. The stairs were filthy and littered with trash, people made noise outside on balcony all nite. Extremely poor ventilation in room, always stuffy and damp. Don't stay here, there are lots of hotels in the neighborhood
The area surrounding property was wooded and pretty. The property was dirty, cigarette butts on the ground outside the rooms, and guests drinking in the common area balconies.
The smokeless hotel reeked of marijuana. Staff gave us an empty bottle of air freshener. Tv remote did not work. Coffee but no cream or sugar. All linens were clean and soft and the bed was ok.
Convenient location; good pricing; repeat customer; missed the towels in the bathroom this time, tho.
It was all good. The hotel was very nice, priced right snd location perfect.
The room was hot when we arrived. I tried to adjust the heat using the thermostat but in the end I just turned it off. Had to use the ac to get the roo. Close to a liveable temp. By the way, the temperature outside is in the 30s
