The front desk gave us a room that was already occupied so had to go back to lobby wait in a long line, only to be treated rudely. The girl acted like i was bothering her. Didn't apologize or even speak! Gave us another room which had no toiletries except for one tiny soap! For as much as this room cost, i was very disappointed. The room itself was pretty nice.

Hotel had a walkway over to the casino nearby. The hotel also had a nice restaurant inside and a good breakfast buffet.

The best I can say is the rooms are large. The carpeting is stained. You have to flag down a housekeeper for trash removal or toilet paper. You have to get towels from the front desk. There are NO USB PORTS in the room!!! The bedding on arrival was damp. The bathrooms are outdated. The furniture is old. I wonder if Hyatt is leaving this property. I was overcharged on an advance purchase which the manager did make right, but still...Never staying there again.
Very attractive & clean. Staff well-trained. Convenient to casino and I-79. Reasonable rate.
Got there a little after 4 pm and told we may have wait till 8pm for our 2 rooms after calling earlier the day to tell them I would be there in a few hours. My boyfriend finally talked to the other woman at the desk and we got in one room and had to wait 2 hours for the other room. Never had this before. Oh they upgraded other ppl for next stay and we were offered nothing!!!
