Great staff

The staff was the best part of our stay. They were friendly and helpful. We left some items behind and they held it for us until we were able to return a few hours later. Breakfast looked great.The room itself was pretty standard bed was very firm. Shower in the bathroom needed new caulking. Overall not a bad night's stay.

We had the best possible experience staying at this hotel. We parked and rode the shuttle to the airport. Our driver was so nice and it was great getting dropped off at the door. On the way back our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 4 am. Our driver was at the door when we walked out of the airport and had our keys ready at the counter when we arrived for our rooms. The rooms are spectacular. Large, clean, modern, comfortable…. I can’t say enough!!

A lot of dog hair on the sheets in first room. Transferred to a second room, makeup on sheets, transferred to a third room, hair on sheets. Sheets were not replaced after the stay from the night before. Evidently, the staff just makes the bed without cleaning the sheets before new stay.

This is a really nice hotel especially for the value. I have stayed here twice and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They make you feel you are at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated with modern decor too.

We liked the front desk, the service, the toiletries. We did not like having to change rooms immediately due to bed and toilet not cleaned. We were told they were short staffed that day. We also were upset the hot tub was closed and the pool area was under construction. We go to the hotel to get away and relax, especially for the pool and hot tub. Otherwise we'd just stay home. Breakfast wasn't as good as I expected. Bacon would be a nice addition.

It was awesome! So spacious and clean! We had just traveled through 5 different hotels on a big East Coast trip. And this by far was our favorite hotel.

Every body was Very nice and helpful. Can't beat the buffet breakfast and choices they put out for all the guests in the morning.

Nice, new hotel. Hot breakfast was a plus. Beds were comfortable. It's only 10-15 minutes away from the downtown. It was overall a good stay for one night. The common areas and the room was clean but bathroom cleaning could be better.

Fantastic and easy to get to. They offer a free shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel, which allows you to enjoy some EXCELLENT amenities/shops/restaurants/movie theater at settlers ridge. Very friendly and accommodating staff!
